Forbes Residences, Applecross

The Forbes Residences, located in the Kintail Quarter precinct, is a $52m mixed-use commercial and residential project, bringing ultra-luxury apartment living to Applecross. The 13-storey development comprises of 37 high-end apartments, infinity pool, gym, function room, 20 short stay apartments, podium level commercial tenancies including community gardens, co-working spaces and a civic hall.
